Jalapeño Cheese No-knead bread

Love home made breads. Having a recipe which needs no kneading makes it so easy to bake on busy days. Flavored breads are so convenient to use for sandwiches or to just eat a slice for breakfast. Jalapeño and cheese make a great combination to flavor the bread. I have used a combination of cheddar and parmesan cheese which gives it a rich and buttery taste. This dutch oven recipe is so quick to make, needs very lil prep time. The bread turns out super soft and has a beautiful crumb.

Ingredients
all-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
whole-wheat flour 1 cup
grated parmesan cheese 1 cup
grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
jalapeños 8-10 slices
salt 1 tbsp
warm water 2 cups
instant/rapid-rise yeast 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp)
olive oil 3 tsp

Method
In a large bowl mix flour (all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour), grated cheese (cheddar and parmesan), salt, jalapeños and set the flour mixture aside.
In another bowl add the warm water, instant yeast and the flour mixture.
Mix everything till it combines well using a spatula.
Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
Remove the kitchen towel, mix the dough again with the spatula.
Cover the dough with the kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30 mins. At the same time preheat the oven to 450 deg F and place a cast iron pan/dutch oven in which you can bake to preheat for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, dust some flour on a board and transfer the dough, shape it and place on a parchment paper.
Smear the surface of the dough with little olive oil.
Place the shaped dough into the preheated cast iron dish/dutch oven.
Bake for 30 mins with lid closed and 20 min without the lid closed.
Remove from the dutch oven and let the bread cool down completely.
Slice and enjoy the super soft bread.
