When I visited a store in India few years ago, they were sampling some of the new products and one of them was tandoori mayo. We loved the taste and used to source it from India for the longest time. Used the tandoori mayo in wraps, quesadilla, as a pizza sauce, bagels and more. During the start of pandemic, we ran out of tandoori mayo I had got from India, then I decided to make this at home. Below is the combination of the ingredients that tasted exactly like the tandoori mayonnaise I used to get from India. Now this is a staple in my fridge. Last week we went on a vacation with few friends, and I made pizza using this as sauce and marinated panner. It was such a hit, everyone loved it.

Ingredients
mayonnaise 3/4 cup
ketchup 1 tsp
chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
tandoori masala powder 2 tsp (I have used MDH masala)
kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
