Shankarpali

Shankarpali is popularly known as the diamond sweet in my family. Last few years it has become a tradition for us to make these for Diwali. This year ended up making the savory version of it as well, using kasoori methi. It is so easy, yummy and fun to make. During festivals both my kids love to help me in cooking and decorating around the house. This time around kids helped me with cutting out shapes :).
