Its festival season so many fruits at home, especially Banana. Banana is one fruit that is a must during festival to offer for god in my house. Other days we don’t get Banana’s that often.. Not sure how to consume the abundance of Banana’s. Hence decided to bake something and share the love with my friends and neighbors :). Turned the banana bread into a kids fav by adding chocolate chips. The gooey melted chocolate chips taste awesome in every bite. Summer evening we devour this bread with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream. I like to sometimes bake this bread with out chocolate chips.
