Baked cauliflower can be made as a quick fix. It is tasty to eat any time as a side dish for dinner or as a healthy snack.
cauliflower 1 head big, cut into bite-size florets
olive oil 1/4 cup
garlic 5 cloves, roughly chopped
crushed red pepper 1/4 tsp
kosher salt 2 tsp
dried thyme leaves 1 tsp
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the salt and thyme and toss again. Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
