ghee 1/2 cup (melted)
besan flour 1 1/2 cups
sugar 1 cup
cashew halves 1 tblsp
raisins 1 tblsp
elaichi 1/2 tsp
Toast the cashews and raisins in ghee and set aside
Heat ghee in large skillet on medium low heat.
Add besan once the ghee is warmed up.
Cook this mixture on low-medium heat for 20 mins, stirring constantly till it is golden color and doesn’t taste sour.
Add sugar, elaichi, toasted cashews and raisins.
Mix well and let it cool for few minutes.
When the mixture is slightly warm, take a tablespoon of the mixture and make it into a ball.
Enjoy the soft creamy textured ladoos !!
