A quick make snack that will be enjoyed by one and all in any weather..Typically i like to make this on a rain evening or for a Friday nite movie time snack.
onion 1 sliced thin and long
besan 1 cup
red chilly powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil 3 tsp
water 1/4 cup
oil for deep frying
Heat oil for deep frying in a deep dish.
Mix all the ingredients except water in a bowl.
Sprinkle few drops of water so that flour can bind with the onions.
Take small portions of the mixture and add like fritters in oil.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Set aside on a paper napkin to absorb all the oil.
