Waffles for Sunday brunch, sounds yummy. My kids love them. It is a hearty dish made from scratch. Can be garnished with maple syrup, fresh strawberries, blueberries, whipping cream or anything you can get creative with. I normally like them with maple syrup and fresh fruits :). My kids enjoy them with some chocolate chips, fruits and chocolate whipping cream.

all-purpose flour 1 cup
wheat flour 1 cup
eggs 2
baking powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
oil 1/3 cup
low-fat milk or water 1 3/4 cup

Lightly beat the eggs till the yellow mixes well.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients with out any lumps.
Heat the waffle maker, pour the batter.
Cook till golden brown in color.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy..
