Smoothies are a blend of fresh fruits with milk and sweetener. They can also be customized based on the taste by adding some nuts as well. mango pieces frozen – 1 cup
mango pulp – 1 cup
sugar – 2 tsps
vanilla ice cream – 1 pint
chocolate coated biscuit – 8 for garnish (i used Pocky sticks from Asian market)
cold milk – 3 cups
Blend frozen mango, mango pulp, sugar and milk in vitamix in smoothie setting.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, top it with a scoop of ice cream and insert a chocolate coated biscuit.
