multigrain flour 1 1/4 cup
Milk powder 3 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Hot water 2 tbsp
Preheat oven at 340 deg Fahrenheit.
Sieve multigrain flour with baking powder and baking soda.
In a bowl add milk, sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla essence, milk powder and stir it.
Add multigrain flour mixture, mix well to form a creamy batter.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix in to the batter.
Take 1/4 of the prepared batter, add coco powder and hot water, mix well and keep aside.
Now your both the batters are ready.
Grease a baking pan with butter and flour.
First pour the vanilla batter and add then chocolate batter.
Then with a fork make marble like patterns – don’t overdo.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until a fork inserted at the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 mins and then cut them to slices.
Enjoy soft, moist, buttery, eggless cake..
