rajma 2 cups
onion 1 (chopped)
tomato 4 (chopped)
kasoori methi 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
ginger 1 inch
garlic 6 cloves
green chillies 2
salt to taste
butter 1 tblsp
milk/coconut milk (SO coconut milk) 1/2 cup
Set the slow cooker on high for 3 hrs timer.
Add rajma,salt and enough water to soak the rajma.
Let this cook till the timer goes off.
Make a paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger.
Add the above paste, powders, butter, milk/coconut milk except kassori methi.
Set the timer again for 2 hrs and let cook on high.
After 2hrs of cooking add kasoori methi and stir well.
Serve this with naan or jeera rice..
