Made this for my kids lunch today with the leftover naan and the gravy from the paneer curry. Added some veggies to this roll. It tasted yummy and the kids got to eat veggies without any fuss.
paneer curry gravy 1 cup
shredded carrot 1/2 cup
shredded onion 1/4 cup
shredded lettuce 1/2 cup
salt/pepper to taste
Heat the naan on a tava or griddle, spread gravy on the naan generously.
Add the carrot, onion, lettuce, salt and pepper.
Roll the naan and use a toothpick to keep the roll intact.
