Vermicelli Upma



roasted Vermicelli 2 cups
green chillies 3 slit
onion 1 sliced thin long
cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
carrot 1/2 cup
green beans 1/2 cup
bellpepper 1/2 cup sliced
garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil 5 tsps
cinnamon stick 2 (1 inch pieces)
water 2 cups


In a pan heat oil, add cinnamon stick, onion and all veggies.
Saute for 5 mins, add vermicelli, salt and water.
Reduce the flame and let cook till vermicelli is completely cooked (taskes about 7-10 mins)
Mix in garam masala and serve..
