These days oats is my favorite diet food. I try oats in many recipes. This is a quick drink for breakfast one can make which is healthy and very tasty.. yum yum !
Roast the oats in a pan until you get the nutty smell.
Blend oats, almonds , dates and milk in to a smoothie.
Ready to serve..:)
Note: No extra sugar is required, as we are adding dates..
