Spicy Cauliflower

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 big
Capsicum 1 sliced
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2 chopped
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Garlic 2 pods minced

Method

Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash.
Heat 4 tsp oil in a pan, add garlic, cauliflower florets, and green chillies saute for 3 mins.
Add all the powders, capsicum, salt to taste cover the lid and cook till cauliflower is done.
Now add yogurt and chaat masala, cook for 5 mins.
Serve with roti.
