Pasta bake is layered with veggies, sauce, cheese and pasta. All goodness in one place, yum… Easy to make during parties, as it can be assembled before the party starts and baked after the guests arrive.
Method
Preheat the oven to 485 degrees fahrenheit
Bring water to a boil in a big pot, add salt generously to flavor the pasta and some olive oil.
Add the pasta and half cook the pasta (cook for 5 mins)
Drain the water and add the sauce, veggies, salt and mix well.
Pour this into a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese.
Bake it in the oven for 10-12 mins till the cheese is melted and browned.
