Masala Dosa

Rice 1 cup 
Urdhal 1/2 cup 
Poha 1/2 cup 
Methi seeds 2tsp

Method for batter 
Wash and soak all the ingredients for 6 hrs. 
Grind them into a smooth paste in the grinder. 
Let the batter ferment for 6-8 hrs till it rises. 
Now that batter is ready to make dosas.. 

Method to make Masala dosa
Heat a griddle or tava.
Take one laddle of batter and spread it thin and even like a creep.
Now put 1tsp of oil and let the dosa cook. 
Once the dosa is crisp spread coconut chuntney and some potato-onion palya and a blob of butter ( for resturant like taste :) )
Enjoy the dosas with coconut chutney.
